He/ She will be responsible for
• Ensure water for Human consumption is purified.
• Ensure availability of water supply to all camps at the station
Report any defect at the water supply schemes for the purpose of repair and maintenance. Assist in the maintenance of civil works related to water system particularly plumbing. Ensures cleanliness in water tanks and the surroundings near water treatment plant controlling utilization of raw and domestic water in the camps by opening and closing water system according to the given schedule

Responsible for efficient running of, engine and its auxiliaries at the plant through operatinq, switching and maintenance procedures.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
He/ She will be responsible for:
• Preparation of plant preventive maintenance schedules, including both short term and long term plans like overhauls, rehabilitation, upgrades and modifications.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of all plant equipment is executed as per schedule and emergency breakdowns are attended to timely.
• Ensure adequate stock of power house fast moving spare parts and advise on re-ordennq level.
• Initiate RTPs and SIV, in liaison with Subordinates under his/her control for regular needs of spare parts and consumable spare parts for Power Plant and res initiation of appropriate works orders (CWOs and R&Ms.) as per approved budgets.
• Ensure discipline is maintained at work place. Ensure Company security, safety regulations are observed all the time. Ensure plant operation report is prepared on daily basis.
